Important Information:

Please be advised that the New York Vaccine Mandate, also known as Key to NYC, will be in place for this event. In order to attend the Vigil Cocktail Reception, the Continental Breakfast at Palace Hotel, and Investiture Dinner, all guests must adhere to the following:

Guests must have received at least 1 dose of a COVID-19 vaccine authorized for emergency use or license for use by the US Food and Drug Administration, or authorized for emergency use by the W.H.O

Guests must present proof of receipt of such vaccine in the form of; CDC COVID-19 Vaccination record card (in paper or photo format), New York COVID Safe Pass or New York State Excelsior Pass, official immunization record from outside NYC or the U.S

Guests must also present proof of identification

Proof of a negative COVID-19 test will not exclude guests from the above restrictions
